RETURN & REFUND POLICY – DAVNEX

At DAVNEX, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Sale items or personalized/custom products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a few days.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item.


Incorrect address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
